President Donald Trump has announced that Nigeria, along with other countries aligning with the BRICS bloc, will face an additional 10% tariff. Trump described BRICS policies as “anti-American” in a post on Truth Social, stating, “Any Country aligning themselves with the anti-American policies of BRICS will be charged an ADDITIONAL 10% Tariff. There will be no exceptions to this policy”.
