ABOUT THE JOB

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of visual communication and will be responsible for developing engaging graphics that resonate with diverse audiences. This position focuses on logo and brand development, ensuring our visual identity is impactful and culturally relevant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create unique and compelling graphic designs for various projects including logos, branding materials, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project objectives and deliver high-quality designs that meet their needs.
• Develop brand guidelines and templates that ensure consistency across all visual platforms.
• Perform multi-cultural logo creation to effectively represent diverse communities and enhance brand recognition.
• Stay updated with industry trends and design software to continuously improve skills and methodologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience in logo and brand development with a strong portfolio demonstrating previous work.
• Ability to create designs that are culturally appropriate and resonate with diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

PORTFOLIO

• Multi-cultural logos, illustrations and branding work.
• Experience working with Non-Profit clients.
