The United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc has announced the last edition of its quarterly business series for 2024, aimed at empowering micro, small, and medium-scale enterprises (MSMEs) with essential wealth management and business continuity strategies.
Scheduled for Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 12 PM, the event will take place at the Tony Elumelu Amphitheatre, UBA House, Marina, Lagos. Participants can also join virtually by registering via UBA’s official link.
According to UBA, this edition, themed “Profit with Purpose, Business Continuity,” will spotlight businesses that have demonstrated resilience across generations, adapting to challenging political and economic climates.
Renowned industry leaders will headline the event, including:
- Bolanle Austen-Peters, celebrated film director and producer, whose film House of GA’A recently earned a spot on Netflix’s Global Top 10 list for indigenous language films.
- Dr. James Asare-Adjei, founder and CEO of Ghana’s Asadtek Group Limited.
- Frank Edoho, award-winning TV personality and multimedia entrepreneur.
- Toke Makinwa, celebrated multimedia personality.
- Princess Adeyinka Tekena, founder of Nigeria’s pioneering premium coffee brand, Happy Coffee.
