Module 1 (3 weeks)
Personal & Professional Development
- Assessment of leadership strengths
- Professional development resources co-developed with Harvard Business School, covering LinkedIn profile creation, resume building, interview preparation, and networking tips

Module 2 (5 weeks)
Aspire Horizons Course
A leadership course delivered by Harvard University faculty, focusing on:
- Self-awareness as a leader
- Building trust and understanding context
- Digital transformation and AI
- Addressing community challenges and taking action
Masterclasses
Interactive sessions led by renowned educators from global universities, featuring live discussions with a diverse cohort of peers and mentors.
Eligibility Requirements
- Ages 18-29
- Low-income background
- First-generation college student or recent graduate (not enrolled in a graduate program)
- Intermediate English proficiency
