The Ondo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (OSOPADEC) invites applications from qualified indigenous students of tertiary institutions from Ilaje and Ese-Odo Local Government Areas to apply for the 2023/2024 scholarship/bursary program.
Eligibility Criteria for Undergraduate Scholarship
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be an indigene of Ilaje or Ese-Odo Local Government Area.
- Be enrolled as full-time students in accredited public or private tertiary institutions in Nigeria during the 2023/2024 academic session.
- Be undergraduates, postgraduates, or students in the Nigerian Law School with verifiable studentship from their respective institutions.
- Note: Students enrolled in part-time, sandwich, pre-degree, NTI, or diploma programs, as well as those attending unaccredited institutions, are ineligible for this scheme.
Required Documents for Application
Applicants must upload the following documents during the application process:
- A recent passport-sized photograph
- Certificate of Local Government of Origin
- JAMB Admission Letter
- Proof of payment of school fees for the 2023/2024 academic session
- A valid and current Student Identity Card
Application Deadline
The deadline for submitting applications is December 10, 2024.

- Change of bank will not be entertained after submission of application;
- Applicants registration slip must be printed out, signed and stamped by the Dean of Student Affairs/HOD of institutions (as applicable); and,
- Signed slip MUST be uploaded to complete the registration.
