Our Africa Graduate Programme is a one-year rotational initiative designed to fast-track the growth and development of top graduates. During the programme, you’ll gain hands-on experience across various key areas of our business, including Operations, Supply, Retail, Terminals, Construction, Finance, and Procurement. This immersive approach aims to equip you with a deep understanding of our business fundamentals, paving the way for long-term career growth within Puma Energy.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Africa Graduate Programme, applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Engineering, or a related field.
- Be a citizen or resident with the legal right to work in the country of application.
- Possess motivation, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn.
