What you’ll be doing:

We are looking for a commercially minded Junior Originator with a high-performing mindset to push the boundaries and maximise multi-product expertise, ready to trade Environmental Certificates for Dare’s Sustainable Solutions team. You will:

Define a schedule of clients on products such Renewable Energy Certificates (Electricity, Biogas), as Voluntary Carbon Credits, and other similar unregulated environmental certificates of buyers primarily in Europe.

Generate demand-side and sell-side opportunities on EACs (Energy Attribute Certificates) and Voluntary Carbon.

  • Start to generate PnL once you build up your client portfolio.
  • Represent Dare and the Sustainable Solutions team as a strong player in the market, ensuring positive trade, client, and competitor feedback in the market.
  • Creatively think of innovative solutions, leading to smart and profitable trades.

You’ll have:

  • Excellent relationship management skills, including the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, cold calling, and engaging people actively and tirelessly.
  • Business-level proficiency in English and either Spanish, Italian or German.
  • Ability to understand complex problems and design innovative solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage internal and external relationships appropriately.
