The video, narrated by an eyewitness, reveals that the duo had been posing as Inspectors, using their fake credentials to extort and rob unsuspecting residents in Lagos. “With complete uniform, wearing Inspector rank, Lagos don turn into another thing,” the narrator remarked, expressing concern over the brazen nature of their activities.
