International undergraduate or master’s students from select countries who are planning to join our University may be eligible for a scholarship covering 50% of their first-year tuition fees, applied as a registration discount. This competitive scholarship is awarded based on both academic excellence and involvement in extracurricular activities.

Requirements for University of Essex Masters Scholarship Qualification
- Students must be enrolled full-time in the University of Essex’s Undergraduate or Postgraduate Taught Master’s programs in 2025-2026.
- Applicants must meet the standard conditional offer.
- The scholarship cannot be combined with any other scholarship offered by the University of Essex.
- Direct applicants must accept their offer by 31 May 2025.
- It is expected that selected candidates will be accessible for promotional events.
